Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • All original parts, components, and packaging are included.
  • The product shows normal use; damage from careless handling is excluded.
  • Products with hygiene considerations have been thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  • The product was defective upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, confirmation will be provided within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@rosiemontreal.com
  2. Include the following details in your email: order number, reason for return, a photo of the product, your first and last name, and your address.

We will provide the return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address; the correct address will be provided upon request. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order during the processing period, a $20 restocking fee will apply to cover administrative costs. Once the processing period has passed and your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for predominantly non-commercial or non-professional purposes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms:

Cancellation Conditions

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), receive or accept the last goods. Due to our automated system, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order is placed, and refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us (Rosie Montreal) via a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete when the returned goods are received. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments in Transit

As our goods ship from Asia, transit times may be longer and beyond our control. Cancellation is not possible once the goods are in transit. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can inform us of your cancellation in advance. For the fastest return, please provide a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be applied unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this repayment.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
